Returns Guidelines

Below are the general guidelines with regard to returns apply to all items sold on

  • To create a return you should contact to our Online Chat Support or Email us at [email protected]. Please mention order id and reason of return during return.Once you create return request you will receive return guidelines over email.
  • Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accessories and in the original manufacturer's box/packaging.
  • Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing.
  • Fragile items should be return in the same way it were delivery to you.
  • Invoices must be returned with the package.


 Refund Policy

  • Once product is returned  to us we will initiated the refunds with in 7-10 working days.
  • In case of damage/defective/quality issue product return we will refund full refund including shipping charges.
  • In case of no longer need we will refund only product charges.
  • Refund will be processed as original mode of payment.


 Cancellation Policy

  • Order must be cancelled only before the shipment is dispatched.
